Acceptance
Dirtseek.com is a website for posting and searching construction
material, referred to hereafter as “the site” .
We maintain a database of postings for users(“users”) to view as long as
the user adheres to the terms and conditions(“Terms”). By utilizing the site the
user is agreeing to the terms. The site reserves the right to change the terms at
any time or change the guidelines for postings. If the user become dissatisfied
with the terms in any amendment or change in the future the user must discontinue
use immediately.
II.
Content
a.
Dirtseek.com is a website that posts and searches for actual and real construction
materials. Do not enter a fake, future,
or erroneous material as the user will be liable for the violation fee as defined
in the terms and conditions. Only
construction material shall be entered and posted as identified by limitations.
III.
Privacy
a.
The site will store in our database all items that you enter in the posting section. We do not use your email, phone number,
or any other information for purposes other than to display on the site. The email
address that you enter will be used to contact the user regarding the posting. The user
by entering in a phone number is allowing anyone that views the site the ability
to call that number.
IV.
Conduct
a.
The user hereby agrees to post only real, actual construction material postings
for use by others to view and use the data.
Fake or erroneous postings will be addressed by the violations section of the terms.
V.
SPAM
a.
Spam, spiders, applications, Trojan horses are herby unauthorized to be utilized
through this site. Hosts will be prosecuted
to the furthest extent by law and also responsible for damages to DCC in labor and
equipment.
VII.
Right to Terminate
a.
The site reserves the right to terminate any posting at any time for any
reason.
VIII.
Indemnity
a.
DaliceCo or Dirtseek.com is not and cannot be liable in any way for the transmission
of data or misuse of entered data. DCC
cannot be held liable for data that is lost or transferred due to but not limited
to electronic hacking, hardware failure, natural disaster, or hardware theft.
